For four years the popular MTV show “The Hills” was a guilty pleasure for lots of people. The big question is “was it real, was it fake or a little bit of both?” All viewers asked themselves this question, but this hasn’t stopped anybody from watching the show and didn’t have any effect on the audience.

Lauren’s love life was of uttermost importance in the first season, in 2006, and by the end of the 6th season in 2010, people were equally interested in what was going on with everyone in the show.

The final episode is considered by some an acceptance of the fact that the entire show was scripted and by others just a joke or a maneuver meant to keep “The Hills” on everyone’s lips even after it has ended. After Kristen and Brody said goodbye to each other and we saw the image of the filming studio, we have all wondered if all the love stories, the break ups and the “get back together” scenes were real or just created to entertain us.

For some fans it doesn’t even matter because “The Hills” was attractive just for letting us peek into other’s people love life. But if it was real after all, what will the future bring for all those involved?
